Assistant Bar Manager

“Piana Vyshnia” is two bars in the very center of Vilnius and a dynamic work environment. There is no shortage of communication, new ideas and different tasks here, so we are looking for someone who enjoys active and varied work.

We are currently looking for an assistant bar manager – an independent, responsible and sociable person who wants to contribute to the daily activities of the bars and new projects.

What will you need to do:

• assist the bar manager in daily activities;
• draw up employee work schedules;
• perform inventories;
• supervise daily work processes in the bars;
• help solve current organizational issues;
• contribute to the organization of events and new projects.

What we expect:

• good command of the Lithuanian language;
• responsibility, organization and sociability;
• independence and desire to grow with the team;
• We also invite applications from final year students studying in business, management, administration or similar fields. Work experience is not necessary – the most important thing is initiative, responsibility and willingness to learn;
• A category B driver's license would be an advantage.
