Nature of work

We are looking for an proactive and responsible team leader who would contribute to the success of our store. In this position, you will have the opportunity not only to ensure the smooth operation of the store, but also to lead the team, rally it around a common goal and together achieve high results.

Main responsibilities:

  • ensuring professional customer service;
  • implementing company goals and achieving sales results;
  • team formation, employee development and motivation;
  • creating a positive atmosphere in the team;
  • maintaining and strengthening the store's image;
  • participating in daily store processes;
  • receiving goods, preparing them for sale, working with the cash register and computer programs.

Employee requirements

  • experience in management work in the field of sales (advantage);

  • good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills;
  • leadership qualities - the ability to inspire, mobilize and motivate a team;
  • sense of style and interest in fashion;
  • knowledge of Russian or English - an advantage.
