UAB "AMTT" is expanding its team and invites general workers to join, who can independently or as part of a team perform various maintenance, repair and construction works of buildings, shops, commercial premises and other objects.
Nature of work:
Minor carpentry work: repair, installation and adjustment of doors, locks, hinges, furniture, shelves, skirting boards and other wooden structures;
Finishing work: puttying, painting, plastering, replacing tiles, renewing silicone joints and eliminating other finishing defects;
Minor roof repair work: repair or replacement of coatings, sheet metal elements, rain gutters, gutters, eaves and other roof parts;
Repair and maintenance of internal and external structures of buildings;
Adjustment and minor repairs of doors, windows, gates, railings, fences and other structures;
Minor plumbing work: replacement or repair of faucets, siphons, toilet mechanisms and other simple elements;
Minor electrical work that does not require special electrician qualifications: replacement of lamps, bulbs, switches, sockets or other elements;
Installation of shelves, furniture, information signs, protective elements and various equipment;
Identification of faults, damage and defects in objects and their elimination;
Regular inspection of the technical condition of buildings and premises;
Urgent response to faults or emergency situations in objects;
Preparation, delivery of materials and tools and arrangement of the workplace;
Assistance to other employees in carrying out larger-scale repair or maintenance work;
Performance of other current maintenance, maintenance and repair work as needed.
Work is performed in different objects serviced by the company.

Requirements for the employee:
Practical work experience in finishing, construction, repair, building maintenance or technical service;
Ability to independently perform minor carpentry, painting, puttying, plastering, installation and other repair work;
Knowledge of using basic electrical and manual work tools;
Ability to assess a malfunction or damage, determine its cause and select an appropriate repair solution;
Ability to solve technical problems independently, directly at the workplace;
Responsible attitude to the quality of work performed, deadlines and company assets;
Diligence, neatness and attention to detail;
Independence in planning and organizing assigned work;
Ability to work both individually and in a team;
Ability to communicate with representatives of facilities, customers and other employees;
Punctuality, reliability and discipline;
Ability to comply with occupational safety, fire safety and internal order requirements;
Category B driver's license and real driving skills;
Advantages:
Experience in building, shop or commercial maintenance;
Ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical or roofing repairs;
Certificates in occupational safety, working at heights, hoists or other specialized training;
Possession of own basic work tools;
Ability to read simple technical drawings

2000-2800 €/mon. net
depending on experience and work results
