Nature of work
General construction work in apartment buildings:
- Work with adhesive coating (installation, repair).
- Concreting work.
- Painting work.
- Installation of windows and doors.
- Minor repair work:
- Door repair (replacement of locks, adjustment of closers, repair of dampers, etc.).
- Glazing of basement windows.
- Repair of rain gutters and gutters.
- Cosmetic repair of staircases and corridors.
Requirements
- Similar work experience related to general construction work.
- Ability to perform minor construction and finishing work.
- Knowledge of carpentry.
- Responsibility, diligence, independence.
- Ability to communicate with customers and work in a team.
- Category B driver's license (advantage).
