Nature of work
- Roof maintenance, repair and installation works;
- Installation and repair of doors, gates and other building elements;
- Installation and maintenance works of access control systems;
- Minor construction, repair and maintenance works;
- Elimination of various faults and maintenance of technical condition;
- Other general construction works as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in construction, repair or building maintenance is an advantage;
- Responsible attitude to work and the ability to work independently;
- Ability to use hand and power tools;
- Driver's license (category B) is an advantage;
- Experience working at heights is an advantage.
