• Higher university education in the field of engineering or construction sciences, corresponding to the specifics of the position.

Certificates (Great Advantage):

• Electrical safety certificate (VK category).
• HVAC certificate – gives the right to maintain and operate heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Heat maintenance certificate – confirms the competence to maintain the heat economy, heat production and supply facilities.
• SSVA certificate – gives the right to carry out construction work of special and non-special structures in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Sector Development Agency (SSVA).
• At least 2 years of practical experience in the construction sector, preferably in the field of object execution or technical coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes and technologies – ability to apply theoretical and practical knowledge in daily activities.
• Good computer skills – ability to work with basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A valid category B driver's license – mobility and the ability to visit facilities.
• The ability to manage information – collect, systematize, analyze data and present clear conclusions; strong analytical and work organization skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (written and oral); oral proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
• Communicative and clear presentation of thoughts – the ability to communicate effectively with the team, customers and other interested parties.

From 3200 €/mon. gross
