General construction works manager

We are looking for a Construction Manager who will be able to plan work, manage the team and ensure that the objects are implemented on time, with high quality and safety.

You will work with various infrastructure and general construction objects of the city of Vilnius. Here it is important not only to know the construction process, but also to be able to make decisions quickly, clearly distribute work and monitor the entire process from preparation to the result.

• At least 2 years of practical experience in the field of organization of construction work, execution of objects or technical coordination.
• Good understanding of construction processes and technologies.
• Ability to lead people, plan work and control the result.
• Ability to solve unforeseen situations at the site.
• Higher engineering or technical education.
• Good computer skills.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian. Russian would be an advantage.

Certificates and licenses
We will consider the following as a great advantage:

• SSVA construction manager certificate, giving the right to manage construction work of special or non-special structures;
• electrical safety certificate, VK category;
• HVAC systems maintenance certificate;
• heating maintenance certificate.

It is not necessary to have all certificates. If you have the appropriate education and experience, but do not yet have the necessary certificate, the company will help you prepare and maintain it.

• Salary from 3200 EUR gross, depending on experience, certificates and competencies.
