🌲What will you do in the team?
- Assessment of the patient's health status and level of independence;
- Implementation of a care plan drawn up together with the FMR doctor or a doctor on duty of medicine or another specialty after assessing the patient's health status;
- Performance of nursing procedures prescribed by the doctor (e.g., administration of medications, wound care, dispensing of medications);
- Proper completion of medical documentation, recording the nursing actions performed;
- Provision of emergency medical care;
- Education of patients and their relatives about the principles of a healthy lifestyle and health preservation;
- Cooperation with other staff working in the department (e.g., doctors, nursing assistants);
- Ensuring the quality of personal health care services provided according to their professional competence.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Valid general practice nurse licenses;
- Experience would be an advantage, but we train those who do not have it;
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and the ability to maintain emotional balance;
- Smile, willingness to help and sincere attention to the client.
