Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:
- Performing the functions of a general practice nurse at patients' homes;
- Monitoring and assessing the health status of patients;
- Performing nursing procedures in accordance with doctor's appointments and established nursing standards;
- Administering medications and completing nursing documentation;
- Consulting patients and their relatives on nursing issues;
- Cooperating with doctors and other team specialists;
- Ensuring quality, dignified and patient-centered care.
We hope you:
- You have a valid general practice nurse license;
- You are able to plan your work independently;
- You are empathetic, responsible and patient-oriented;
- You have a category B driver's license.
