General practice nurse for inpatient work

A general practice nurse (GPS) will join the team of specialists providing medical rehabilitation services and will participate in providing inpatient medical rehabilitation services.

🌲Assessment of the patient's health status and level of independence;
🌲Implementation of a care plan drawn up together with the FMR doctor or a doctor of medicine or another specialty on duty after assessing the patient's health status;
🌲Performance of nursing procedures prescribed by the doctor (e.g., administration of medications, wound care, dispensing of medications);
🌲Proper completion of medical documentation, recording the nursing actions performed;
🌲Providing emergency medical care;
🌲Educating patients and their relatives about the principles of a healthy lifestyle and health preservation;
🌲Collaboration with other staff working in the department (e.g., doctors, nursing assistants);
🌲Ensuring the quality of personal health care services provided in accordance with their professional competence.

The general practice nurse will work a full-time work schedule, which is agreed with candidates individually.

🌲Valid general practice nurse license;
🌲Ability to work with patients with various health conditions;
🌲Quick reaction in stressful situations;
🌲Diligence, responsibility, communication skills and emotional control;
🌲Experience working in a hospital (e.g., medical rehabilitation, traumatology-orthopedic departments) would be an advantage;
🌲Knowledge of other languages (German, English, Russian) would be an advantage.
