Job description:
- Providing emergency and first aid at the medical station and at the scene of an incident on the factory territory.
- Performing the functions of an occupational health specialist.
The work is organized on a shift schedule - every fourth day (1 day working - 3 days off, workload - 1.125 full-time), therefore it is perfect for candidates who value structured working hours and are able to work independently.
Your main responsibilities:
- organization and provision of emergency and first aid;
- performance of medical procedures during first aid (injections, dressings, recording cardiograms, etc.);
- conducting first aid training for employees;
- performance of the functions of an occupational health specialist;
- consulting the employer and employees on issues of health protection, improvement of working conditions and working environment, use of personal protective equipment;
- participation in research into the causes of occupational diseases and accidents at work and consulting.
We hope you:
- have a valid general practice nurse license;
- have a higher education or equivalent in the field of nursing or healthcare;
- have obtained an occupational health specialist certificate (an advantage);
- have work experience in a healthcare institution (an advantage);
- are computer literate and have basic clerical skills;
- have good communication skills;
- are responsible, diligent and empathetic.
