Nature of work
- Professional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from the first contact.
- Working with a sensitive group of patients, being able to listen, reassure and clearly present information.
- Welcoming patients, registering and informing about services, doctor consultations and examinations.
- Performing nursing procedures - administering medications, taking samples for tests, recording medical parameters, etc.
- Assisting doctors and helping during procedures.
- Working with the POLIS system and filling in medical information.
- Planning visits, coordinating doctors' schedules, managing patient flows.
- Receiving, directing and administering calls and electronic requests.
Employee requirements
- Valid general practice nurse license.
- Higher or higher nursing education and work experience in a healthcare facility.
- Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with patients, work in sensitive situations.
- Good communication, information presentation and active listening skills.
- Good computer skills and work experience with medical information systems (POLIS - an advantage).
- Ability to plan time, work both independently and in a team.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations, responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of English (Russian - an advantage).
