We invite you to join the professional and supportive nursing service team of Addere Care.

We are looking for a general practice nurse who would also perform the additional function of a nursing manager.
This is a joint position, where the main focus is on direct nursing work in patients' homes, and additionally - on team coordination, work organization and quality assurance.

- Performing the functions of a general practice nurse in patients' homes in accordance with the principles of person-centered nursing;
- Assessing patients' nursing needs and ensuring quality care;
- Initial visits to patients and their relatives, presenting the specifics of our services and care options;
- Solving complex clinical situations and assisting the team;
- Organizing team work and daily coordination;
- Creating work schedules and ensuring interchangeability;
- Maintaining inventory of medications, work equipment and disposable medical devices and coordinating orders;
- Induction, training and providing feedback to new employees;
- Cooperation with doctors, patients and their relatives.
We hope you:
- You have a valid general practice nurse license;
- You have practical nursing experience and are able to make independent decisions;
- You are able to organize work, coordinate a team and ensure smooth implementation of processes;
- You are empathetic, responsible and patient-oriented;
- You are able to communicate professionally with patients, relatives and colleagues;
- You have a category B driver's license.
