Join the UAB Vievio namāju team - a place where caring for a person begins with sincere attention, warmth and respect for each resident. In a modern senior home, surrounded by a communal and cozy environment, we are looking for a general practice nurse who, with her professionalism and humanity, would contribute to the creation of a dignified and high-quality everyday life for seniors.

In this job you:

  • You will monitor the health status of our residents – so that every change is noticed in a timely manner.
  • You will respond to health changes, provide emergency medical assistance when needed.
  • You will follow up on doctor's appointments and help ensure a smooth treatment process.
  • You will manage medical documentation – carefully and responsibly, as befits a professional.
  • You will be an important part of the team, sharing healthy lifestyle knowledge with our residents.

For successful work you will need:

  • Valid general practice nursing licenses.
  • Experience in the field of nursing - we will be especially happy if you have worked in a hospital or nursing home.
  • Responsibility and warm communication with residents and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy. We do not expect you to be an IT guru - the most important thing is to learn how to use our document filling system.
  • A desire to help older people, share warmth and love both hugging and being hugged.
