Nature of work
SYNC Clinic – a longevity and preventive medicine clinic in Vilnius (Kauno g. 22). We are looking for a general practice nurse who would join the team 2-3 days a week – perfect as an additional job to the main one.
Main functions:
Main functions:
- work in the procedure room: venipuncture, blood sampling and other tests according to competence, sample preparation for the laboratory;
- preparation and performance of intravenous (IV) drip, vitamin and microelement therapies, injections (intravenously, intramuscularly);
- assistance to the doctor's team during procedures, participation in preventive clinic programs;
- patient consultation and information: preparation for the procedure, monitoring the condition during and after the procedure;
- filling in and managing medical documentation in the clinic system;
- maintenance of the procedure room, medical devices and supplies, compliance with order, hygiene and safety requirements;
- collaboration with doctors, reception and other members of the clinic team;
- participation in improving the clinic's work processes and creating a positive patient experience.
Employee requirements
- valid general practice nurse license;
- at least 1 year of practical work experience; similar experience in a private clinic;
- skills in performing venipuncture and intravenous infusions;
- ability to organize one's work and quick reaction in stressful situations;
- responsibility, attention to detail and empathy for the patient;
- thorough completion of medical documentation, computer literacy;
- good communication skills, patient orientation, discretion;
- Lithuanian; English, Russian - an advantage (we also serve foreign patients).
