What will you need to do?
- Monitor the daily condition of clients, plan services, coordinate the work of the team in the field of nursing;
- Organize the prescription, purchase, and balances of medications and nursing supplies;
- Make decisions related to the health and well-being of the elderly, improvement of the nursing process, etc.
- Manage the documentation of nursing processes;
- Cooperate with the family doctor, organize visits to medical institutions, change the treatment plan together with the doctor, etc.
- Promote and, together with the team, develop the independence of seniors, maintain skills, and help in everyday situations.

Expectations for the employee:
- Valid general practice nurse license;
- Higher or higher education;
- Ability to organize processes, work and take initiative;
- Willingness to improve and take leadership in creating a quality service;
- Professional and modern approach to the field of nursing and work with the elderly, ability to apply new working methods;
- Teamwork and management experience (advantage);
- Experience working with seniors / caring for a loved one (advantage);
- Personal qualities: organization, sincerity, desire to help and understand others, ability to make decisions in stressful situations;
- Good clerical skills and ability to use e-mail, Word, Excel, Facebook, etc.
