What will need to be done?
- Monitor the daily condition of clients, plan services, coordinate the work of the team in the field of nursing;
- Organize the prescription, purchase, balances of medications and care products;
- To make decisions related to the health of the elderly, improvement of the nursing process, etc.
- Manage nursing process documentation;
- Cooperate with the family doctor, organize visits to medical institutions, change the treatment plan together with the doctor, etc.
- Encourage and together with the team to develop seniors' independence, skill support, help in everyday situations.

Expectations for the employee:
- Valid general practice nurse license;
- Higher or higher education;
- Ability to organize processes, work and take initiative;
- Willingness to improve and take leadership in creating quality service;
- Professional and modern approach to nursing and work with elderly people, ability to apply new work methods;
- Managerial and teamwork experience (advantage);
- Experience working with seniors/caring for a loved one (advantage);
- Personal qualities: organization, sincerity, desire to help and understand others, ability to make decisions in stressful situations;
- Good clerical skills and ability to use e-mail. by mail, Word, Excel, Facebook, etc.
