Your main workplace and daily tool will be an active, thousands-strong Facebook community, where the best sales are presented daily, the hottest offers are shared and live communication with the audience is maintained.

What do we expect from you:
- Experience in e-commerce, marketing or social media management;
- Understanding the dynamics of Facebook group communities;
- Creativity – it would be good if you could create reels;
- If you understand how hooks work in texts and visuals – this is a big advantage;
- Ability to consistently implement assigned tasks;
- Initiative, communication and independence;
- Analytical thinking – the ability to see how different factors affect results, and the desire to delve into the analysis of the client's psychology (what inspires them to get involved);
- Good computer literacy (Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Canva);
- Impeccable knowledge of Lithuanian and good English.
What will your day look like:
- You will collaborate with the team leader, help implement the strategy;
- You will create content, posts, and suggestions for the Facebook community;
- You will follow market trends and suggest ideas for communication;
- You will have great freedom to test ideas - in our everyday life, there is a lot of testing to find what resonates best with the audience;
- You will respond to customer needs, answer questions, and foster trust and engagement;
- You will contribute to the planning and implementation of new campaigns;
- You will analyze the results and suggest improvements.
