What tasks await:
AB "Road Maintenance" is looking for a colleague who would like to work with people, partnerships and experiences - to create a meaningful connection between road infrastructure, society and future generations. This is a position for those who are interested not only in organizing processes, but also in telling stories, bringing together the community, engaging, educating and raising interest in road engineering and its importance for everyday life.
- you will communicate with various audiences - from students and families to partners, communities and other groups;
- you will coordinate daily operational processes in the space intended for visitors and educational initiatives;
- you will take care of administrative issues: documents, services, orders, suppliers;
- you will contribute to the creation and implementation of new activities, initiatives and experiences that help increase interest in road infrastructure and its history;
- you will organize presentations, discussions, excursions or educational sessions (content is adapted for different audiences);
- develop partnerships with educational, cultural institutions, communities;
- collect feedback, provide suggestions and improve communities and partnerships and organizational solutions;
- actively contribute to the awareness of engineering and the growth of communities and partnerships.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has a higher university education;
- has worked with events, education, clients, partners or visitors;
- is able to combine live communication with administrative work;
- is able to express thoughts clearly both orally and in writing;
- is proactive, curious, able to organize work independently;
- is fluent in Lithuanian, very good command of English (others are an advantage);
- has a category B driver's license;
- advantage - experience in cultural or educational spaces.
