Responsibilities:
- Create, develop and coordinate the KIKA USA community of ambassadors, breeders, pet care professionals and partners in the US market.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing ambassadors, partners and community members, ensuring their engagement and active participation.
- Actively identify and attract new brand ambassadors, breeders, opinion leaders and content creators.
- Create and implement a community activation strategy: communication plans, campaigns, motivational programs and content guidelines.
- Initiate and promote community-generated content (UGC): product recommendations, user experiences, educational content, “before & after” results and feedback.
- Create, administer and continuously improve the KIKA USA loyalty program for ambassadors, partners and the most active customers.
- Coordinate cooperation with influencers, content creators and other partners, ensuring effective project implementation.
- Analyze community performance, measure engagement, content, referrals, and sales metrics, and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to achieve shared business and brand goals.
- Represent KIKA USA at international trade shows, events, and meetings with partners and community members in the US.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with community management, ambassador programs, loyalty programs, partnerships or influencer marketing.
- Excellent written and oral English skills (C1 level or higher).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and long-term relationship building skills.
- Ability to independently plan activities, coordinate several projects at the same time and ensure their implementation.
- Experience in creating and implementing community activation, ambassador or loyalty programs.
- Understanding of the principles of social networks, content creators, community marketing and consumer engagement.
- Ability to analyze performance results, work with KPIs and make data-based decisions.
- Initiative, result orientation and ability to create long-term value for the brand.
- Readiness to work with the US market - flexible work schedule, adapting to different time zones, and the ability to go on business trips to the US.
- Experience in pet supplies, animal care, breeders, veterinary, beauty, wellness, or other professional community environments would be considered a strong advantage.
