We are currently looking for a Bentley Warehouse Coordinator to ensure orderly parts accounting, smooth process organization, and daily warehouse management. This position is for someone who enjoys structure, clarity, and responsible work.

We are currently looking for a Bentley Warehouse Coordinator to ensure orderly parts accounting, smooth process organization, and daily warehouse management. This position is for someone who enjoys structure, clarity, and responsible work.
Nature of work:
- Receiving goods, checking quantity and quality
- Filling out documents and entering data into warehouse management systems
- Sorting goods and systematically arranging them according to the established procedure
- Inventory control: tracking balances, identifying missing parts, initiating orders
- Preparing and issuing parts to service technicians, ensuring smooth continuity of work
- Planning preliminary parts demand according to service schedules and car models
- Collaborating with service manager and technicians on parts specifications and alternatives
- Helping to clarify technical issues and ensuring that the correct parts are selected
- Physical warehouse layout maintenance work: maintaining order, optimizing zones
- Carrying out inventory
What do we expect from you:
- Responsible attitude and ability to independently organize daily tasks
- Attention to detail, accuracy and sense of order
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, respond quickly to service needs
- Ability to communicate clearly with technicians and administration
- Knowledge of English
- Category B driver's license
- Basic understanding of car parts or willingness to learn quickly
