Job Description:

• Assist the service team in preparing and processing service acceptance documents, contracts and reports;
• Assist the service team in the process of accepting and returning cars;
• Deliver/return cars and take photos of their condition;
• Administer and maintain the service customer database;
• Actively sell service services.

We expect from the candidate:

• Cars are a part of your life, not just a means of transportation; work experience in a car service or automotive industry would be an advantage;
• You are able to independently plan your work, organize your day and clearly set priorities;
• You are meticulous, attentive to details and customer needs, think creatively and find non-standard solutions;
• You are responsible, reliable and conscientious in performing your duties;
• You speak and write well in Lithuanian, English and Russian;
• You believe that customers can be served 110 percent, you are empathetic and focused on quality service;
• You have a valid category B driver's license.
