And then what?
- You will be responsible for the BENU pharmacies of the Eastern Lithuania (Vilnius and its surroundings) region;
- You will take care of your pharmacy employees: together with other colleagues you will ensure their motivation, education, career, quality of customer service;
- You will analyze the need for pharmacy employees, select your pharmacy employees and make decisions in employee selection;
- You will take care of the smooth daily operations of BENU Pharmacies and its improvement;
- You will analyze the performance indicators of your pharmacies, predict risks and, together with the BENU Pharmacy Managers, strategize about the future of pharmacies;
- You will plan the budget of your pharmacies and contribute to its achievement;
- Together with other colleagues you will decide where future BENU pharmacies will be located in your region;
