Hiltus Engineering is a growing construction company and is actively expanding its activities. Over the past few years, the company has significantly developed the concreting segment by implementing large-scale projects and is currently inviting a Concreting Department Manager to join the team in Vilnius.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will manage a separate concreting department and its team.
  • You will prepare project budgets and be responsible for their tracking.
  • You will be responsible for the successful implementation of projects.
  • You will prepare and administer the necessary documentation.

  • Competitive salary of 4400 – 5800 EUR gross/month, depending on experience.

EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

  • Experience in construction project management (experience in the field of concreting would be a great advantage).
  • You have good organizational, time management and communication skills, and are focused on the highest performance results.
  • SSVA certificate for general construction work (advantage).
  • Knowledge of Russian (for communication with the team).
  • Responsibility and ability to make decisions.
  • Driver's license (category B).
