In this job, you will have the following main job responsibilities:
- Organization of concrete batching plant activities;
- Ensure that concrete batching plant equipment (mixers, batchers, conveyor belts, silos) is maintained, and timely repair and preventive work is performed;
- Efficient production planning and raw material supply;
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) and fire safety requirements and their practical implementation in the production area (advantage);
- Understanding of environmental requirements: waste management, noise/dust management, maintenance of cleaning equipment;
- Resource saving, waste reduction and monitoring of operational efficiency.
We hope you:
- You have a technical, engineering or management education;
- You have acquired at least 3 years of management experience in the production or construction sector. Direct experience in the field of concrete production, reinforced concrete structures or building materials is a great advantage;
- You are familiar with the principles of production planning, Lean, process optimization and operational efficiency is a great advantage;
- You are highly focused on results and quality;
- You are a leader, able to inspire a team and make decisions;
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian, knowledge of English and/or Russian would be an advantage;
- You are characterized by rationality and quick decision-making in stressful or unplanned situations;
- You have a driver's license (category B).
