Nature of work
- Development of technological processes for concrete and reinforced concrete production: implementation of new processes and improvement of existing ones.
- Preparation and updating of technological cards, process descriptions and other technological documentation.
- Training and consulting of employees on technological issues.
- Control of execution of technological processes.
- Representation of the company during external audits on technological and production issues.
- Cooperation with employees of the concrete laboratory, quality control, production, design and technical departments.
Employee requirements
- Higher education – in construction, engineering, technology or similar field.
- Work experience in the production of reinforced concrete structures or construction.
- Ability to read technical documentation, understand production technological processes.
- Ability to make independent decisions.
- Responsibility and diligence.
