Nature of work
- Manage the concrete and reinforced concrete products production unit;
- Ensure the implementation of production plans and operational efficiency;
- Analyze production indicators, initiate and implement performance improvement solutions;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, quality and technological requirements;
- Cooperate with other units to ensure smooth operation of processes and implementation of common goals;
- Form, develop and motivate the production team.
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education;
- At least 3 years of work experience as a production manager;
- Management experience for a team of at least 50 employees;
- Knowledge of organizing, planning and improving the efficiency of production processes;
- Ability to make decisions, organize teamwork and achieve results.
