TICKET OFFICE CASHIER

— selling tickets and merchandise using integrated ticket distribution systems (kakava.lt) and an electronic cash register;
— filling in the cash register journal and paying for sales in accordance with the rules established by the Kaunas State Philharmonic;
— providing information about events taking place at the Kaunas State Philharmonic and ticket prices to visitors;
— executing other orders related to ticket sales and cash register work or visitor service.

— secondary education and/or professional qualification;
— be familiar with the Kaunas State Philharmonic's activity profile;
— good communication and customer service skills;
— good knowledge of Lithuanian and ability to communicate in English;
— good computer literacy;
— experience working with a cash register in the field of customer service;
— experience working with integrated ticket distribution systems;
— knowledge of classical music and/or musical education (advantage).

— 30-hour, 6-day work week according to a pre-arranged work schedule, including weekends and some holidays (ticket office hours: Monday-Friday 11:30-18:30, Friday, Saturday 1 hour before the event);
— cumulative accounting of working hours is applied;
— salary – 9.24 Eur/hour (excluding taxes);
— permanent employment contract.
