We are currently looking for a BIM engineer to join the team.
Nature of work
- Coordination of the BIM part of building (residential and non-residential) projects and transportation infrastructure (roads, streets) projects;
- Formulation of clear requirements for the BIM part of the project and ensuring their fulfillment;
- Verification of the quality of BIM models of project parts, compliance with requirements, preparation of quality reports;
- Consulting the project team on BIM methodology, software functionality and compatibility issues;
- Development and implementation of the company's BIM methodology and standards;
- Development and implementation of design tools and process automation solutions used in the company;
- Improvement of the design process, personal growth - an integral part of our work.
Requirements
- Higher university education in the field of civil engineering (specialization - building structural engineering, bridge structural engineering, road engineering) or architecture;
- Ability to independently coordinate the BIM part of projects (formulate clear requirements and ensure their fulfillment);
- Ability to independently check the quality of BIM models, fulfillment of requirements and prepare quality reports;
- Experience in coordinating the BIM part of projects in the SOLIBRI, AUTODESK NAVISWORK environment, managing design documentation in the TRIMBLE CONNECT, DALUX common data environment;
- Experience in automating design processes in the GRASSHOPPER, DYNAMO object-oriented programming environment;
- Knowledge and practical application of the requirements of the BIM methodology, regulatory documents and national documents of the relevant countries.
