Nature of work
Development, implementation and maintenance of the BIM methodology and standard of the Design Department;
Selection of digital design tools used by the Design Department, process monitoring and implementation of automation solutions;
Coordination of the BIM part of the projects carried out by the Design Department, i.e. direct contact person between the builder/customer, partners, contractor and other interested parties, representing the Design Department colleagues on BIM issues in ongoing projects;
Verification of the quality and fulfillment of requirements of BIM models prepared by the Design Department, preparation of quality reports;
Organization and coordination of the error correction process of BIM models prepared by the Design Department, prioritization of tasks;
Individual assistance to a Design Department colleague in resolving discrepancies found in the quality of BIM models and fulfillment of requirements.

Employee requirements
Higher university education in the field of civil engineering or architecture;
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, result orientation;
At least 2 years of work experience in the position of BIM engineer;
Excellent knowledge of BIM standards and methodology;
Ability to independently coordinate the BIM part of projects;
Ability to independently check the quality of BIM models, fulfillment of requirements and prepare quality reports;
Smooth management of project documentation in Trimble Connect, Dalux (advantage), Catenda (advantage) in a common data environment;
Smooth work with MS Office, Solibri office, Autodesk Naviswork software;
Ability to work in a team.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, result orientation;
