We are currently looking for a BIM coordinator - someone who wants to grow in the areas of BIM, design and data analysis.
If you already have first-hand experience in BIM, design or construction, or are studying in your final engineering, construction or architecture studies - we invite you to create Vilnius together!
Your responsibilities:
- You will contribute to the coordination of BIM processes in our projects;
- You will assess the compliance of the submitted data with the established BIM requirements;
- You will work with BIM models prepared by designers and contractors;
- You will help assess the mutual compatibility, accuracy, feasibility and compliance of the solutions presented in the models with the requirements set by the company;
- You will help assess the compliance of the quantities presented in the models with project documentation and price calculations;
- You will contribute to the preparation and updating of BIM process documents;
- In joint project teams, together with designers and contractors, you will solve BIM issues;
- You will have the opportunity to visit the construction site and understand how the solutions presented in the models are implemented in reality.
We hope you:
- You have a higher university education in construction, architecture, engineering or a related field of study, or you are a final year student;
- You are interested in BIM, digital construction and its latest technologies;
- You have a basic understanding of design, construction processes and BIM models;
- You have experience working with BIM or design programs, such as: Revit, Solibri, Navisworks or the like (we will consider it an advantage);
- You are able to work with MS Office programs;
- You know Lithuanian and English (level B2 and higher);
- You are attentive, curious, able to work both independently and in a team.

Salary:
- From €2,500/month. excluding taxes.
- A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary. The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence.
Vilnius Development Company, in accordance with Article 17, Part 4, Items 4 and 5 and Part 5 of the Law on Corruption Prevention and in order to ensure the reliability of personnel in the company, has approved a list of positions for which a written request to the Special Investigation Service (STT) to provide information about the person is submitted before appointment. Taking into account the fact that the position you are applying for falls into the aforementioned list, before providing you with a specific job offer, but before concluding and (or) entering into force of the employment contract, we will have to contact the STT to obtain information.
