The company, which employs 900 people, develops residential buildings in Germany, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. To date, the company has built around 50,000 homes and reported net sales of around EUR 800 million in 2025.

Currently, the company is looking to recruit a BIM coordinator to join its team, who will contribute to the implementation of projects developed by the company.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

  • Coordinate BIM processes in projects from the beginning of design to the end of construction, ensuring the implementation of BIM requirements, processes and documentation
  • Conduct model quality and clash checks, organize coordination meetings and monitor the implementation of adopted decisions
  • Administer the common data environment (CDE) and ensure smooth information exchange between project participants
  • Collaborate with designers, contractors and internal or external teams
  • Contribute to the improvement of BIM standards, work methods and digitalization initiatives
  • Monitor technological innovations and propose solutions that help increase the efficiency and quality of projects

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education in construction, architecture, engineering or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of BIM coordination experience
  • Advanced level of experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, Solibri or similar)
  • Experience working with IFC, CDE platforms and BIM standards
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and able to work in English
