Monthly salary: €2,430.00 - €3,640.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Represent the client in coordinating the preparation and implementation of construction projects carried out according to the BIM methodology, ensuring compliance with the Client's requirements
- Be responsible for supervising the implementation of the Client's requirements in construction projects carried out according to the BIM methodology
- Be the client's direct contact person between designers, contractor and other stakeholders in representing BIM issues
- Provide comments, coordinate the design documentation of the digital information model
- Coordinate both general and different discipline BIM models in order to avoid collisions and ensure smooth BIM management in the project
- Prepare documentation related to BIM processes and the model within their competence
- Follow the progress of BIM technologies and implement new technologies that help improve project efficiency
- Develop and implement BIM standards in the company
What do we expect?
- Higher / postgraduate education in the field of technology or engineering sciences
- Work experience in the preparation and implementing engineering projects, performing BIM functions in the areas of communication communications (roads, streets, railways, airport structures and other transport structures) and/or building design and construction
- Skills in working with the NavisWorks program and common data environments (Autodesk Docs, Trimble Connect, etc.)
- Knowledge of BIM working principles
- Ability to analyze and systematize information
- Knowledge of EU and Lithuanian legal acts applicable to BIM projects
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills
- Skills in working with a computer and Microsoft Office programs
