WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US:
- I will consult (educate) employees and partners: you will be an advisor on the value and possibilities of BIM application in specific projects and ensure smooth work of designers;
- You will prepare BIM documentation: you will create and manage essential project descriptions (EIR, BEP, LOD);
- You will manage the data environment: you will implement and administer the CDE platform, ensuring a smooth flow of information;
- You will perform BIM coordination: you will connect different parts of projects into a whole, check the quality and detail of models;
- You will perform checks: you will identify model intersections, perform logical and other technical control procedures;
- You will represent the customer: you will ensure BIM quality in design processes, create and implement an element classifier;
- You will automate and integrate: you will look for ways to streamline processes and apply BIM data at all stages of project development.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Higher education in engineering or architecture;
- At least 3 years of work experience in the position of BIM coordinator;
- Experience in the preparation and implementation of BIM engineering projects (preferably in the fields of design or construction);
- Excellent knowledge of BIM standards and methodology;
- Ability to analyze, systematize information and work smoothly with digital tools;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work in a team;
- Initiative, responsibility and result orientation.
