BIOFUEL OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for an independent and responsible manager to join our team and be responsible for organizing biofuel activities.

This is a position for someone who not only plans work, but also looks for new work objects, organizes their implementation, coordinates employees and ensures that the equipment is ready for work.

Your responsibilities:

• search for new biofuel production and other work objects;
• communication with existing and potential customers;
• organization and planning of work;
• coordination of employees and equipment at the facilities;
• monitoring the progress of work and deadlines;
• organization of equipment preparation for work;
• coordination of equipment breakdowns and repair work;
• organization of fuel, spare parts and other necessary tools;
• preparation of work estimates, proposals and other necessary information;
• prompt problem solving and responsibility for the smooth execution of work.

What we expect:

• organization and responsible approach to work;
• ability to independently plan and make decisions;
• good communication and negotiation skills;
• understanding of machinery and its maintenance;
• ability to coordinate several works and objects at the same time;
• category B driver's license;
• work experience in the field of forestry, biofuel, agriculture or machinery would be a great advantage.
