UAB "Pauliukai Biomethane" is a modern renewable energy company, currently building a biomethane production plant. The new plant will produce renewable energy from agricultural raw materials, contributing to more sustainable energy development in Lithuania. We are part of an international energy group of companies and are assembling a team that will contribute to the operation of the new plant from the very beginning of its operation.
We are currently looking for a Biomethane Plant Manager for a newly built biomethane plant in Lithuania at the address Mickūnų k. 2, Lygumų sen., Pakruojis r. sav.

Nature of work
- Ensure that the power plant is operated efficiently, operational goals and results are achieved
- Manage the power plant operator team and third-party contractors to ensure that the power plant is operated safely and efficiently, in accordance with the company's internal rules and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania
- Ensuring the smooth work of subordinate employees, coordinating activities and increasing their involvement (team of 6-7 employees)
- Developing an operational efficiency plan, analyzing processes, production indicators, operating parameters, continuous improvement and achieving new goals
- Budget development, justification and control
- Control of the supply chain of production raw materials
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety requirements
- Administration of company documents
- Preparation of company activity reports
Employee requirements
- Higher university education
- Management experience in a manufacturing company
- Working with SCADA, Alldevice programs and skills - an advantage
- English language skills - an advantage
- Knowledge of production processes and their application in practice
- Duty, diligence, initiative and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, strong activity and time planning skills
- Independence and proactive approach to work
- Technical, engineering knowledge
- Category B driver's license
- Location, closer to the production facility - an advantage
