Nature of work
The position of a Bistro employee is versatile. The employee is responsible for providing high-quality and courteous customer service, taking and processing orders, logistics of takeout platforms, and maintaining constant cleanliness in the customer hall and cashier area. This position combines hall maintenance, cashier work, and fast-casual restaurant operations.
Employee requirements
- Lithuanian; basic English is a big advantage (when communicating with foreign guests and couriers).
- Ability to work during peak hours: Ability to maintain focus and react calmly while simultaneously managing the flow of Wolt/Bolt orders and a lively queue of customers during weekend peak hours.
- Technical skills: Ability to easily use smart tablets, touch-screen cash registers and card terminals.
- Hygiene standards: Strict adherence to personal hygiene and food safety rules.
- Health certificate: Valid personal medical book (health certificate 047/a), allowing work in a food processing entity (must have by the first day of work).
