Nature of work

Communication with existing and potential clients in Lithuanian and English.

Preparation of commercial offers, contracts and other documents.

Search, analysis and preparation of public procurement documentation.

Participation in the process of preparing public procurement offers.

Document administration, registration and archiving.

Handling of invoices, correspondence and office documentation.

Organization of meetings and coordination of the calendar.

Assistance to project managers and company management in daily activities.

Data entry and information administration in various systems.

Employee requirements

Excellent Lithuanian language skills.

Good written and oral English skills.

Experience in administration, customer service or public procurement would be an advantage.

Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibility, diligence and good organizational skills.

Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines.

Polite and professional communication with clients and partners.
