What you will do:
- administer daily office activities;
- plan executives' agendas and meetings;
- organize business trips (tickets, hotels, travel logistics);
- prepare and administer documents;
- coordinate correspondence and calls;
- greet guests and partners;
- take care of office supplies and smooth daily activities;
- assist the administration team with various organizational issues.
We hope you
- you are fluent in Lithuanian and English;
- you have experience in office administration or administrative work;
- you know how to work with MS Office programs;
- you are organized, meticulous and proactive;
- you are able to plan work independently.
