Our chief administrator is a true superhero, but even superheroes need a partner! That's why we are looking for a diligent, responsive, and friendly colleague to become her right-hand woman and help with her daily tasks.
What will you do with us:
- You will help manage incoming invoices and reports (don't worry - we will show you everything!);
- You will make sure that the office never runs out of essentials (from paper to chocolate);
- You will contribute to the organization of events, birthdays and other fun moments;
- You will enter the world of Excel tables - don't be afraid, we will start with simpler formulas.
- You will contribute to personnel accounting and preparation of internal documents.
