Office Administrator (s)

Document and archive maintenance and management;
Office operations organization and administration;
Correspondence and call administration;
Documentation preparation: contracts, orders, protocols, etc.;
Highest quality customer service;
Assistance to management and team in daily tasks.

You have excellent knowledge of clerical work and archiving;
You speak and write Lithuanian and English fluently (we consider knowledge of other languages an advantage);
You are ready to learn and are able to adapt to new challenges;
You have experience in administrative work and want to grow and develop in this area;
You are communicative and meticulous;
You have very good computer skills (MS Office programs);
You are oriented towards improving and perfecting processes;
You are meticulous, responsible and able to work both independently and in a team.
