Nature of work

Correspondence administration and sending letters;
Registration and administration of fines;
Registration of claims and coordination of their administration processes;
Issuing invoices and entering them into the system;
Administration of calls and e-mails;
Problem solving (price discrepancies, missing documents/CMR);
Administration of work tools (SIM cards, fuel cards, etc.);
Performing other tasks assigned by the manager.

Employee requirements

Administrative work experience is a great advantage;
Good clerical and computer skills and basic knowledge of information technologies;
Good English language skills, Russian - minimal;
Quick orientation, strong motivation, ability to solve problems quickly;
Representativeness, honesty, and a responsible attitude to work.
