We are currently looking for someone who would become the central axis of the office and internal coordination - ensuring the smooth operation of the Kaunas office, management of administrative processes and effective support of international teams.

Responsibilities:
●Ensure smooth daily office operations;
●Administer documents, ensure their order and archiving, and prepare reports;
●Organize meetings, manage calendars;
●Plan and coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics for international projects;
●Support internal communication and contribute to the organization of events;
●Contribute to the development and optimization of internal processes;
●Cooperate with suppliers and partners;
●Help administer social networks;
●Provide administrative assistance to management and the project team;
●Participate in exhibitions and international events (periodic business trips);
●Contribute to the coordination of BlackCloud Academy activities, cooperation with universities and organization of student internships;
●Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
