Belsi.lt online store is looking for someone who wants to not only "administer the office", but become an important part of the company's daily operations.
We need someone who knows how to manage order, information, documents, meetings, suppliers, small processes and daily issues so that the owner and team can work faster, calmer and more efficiently.
If you are currently working as an office administrator, but you feel that your responsibility is great, and the reward and attitude do not fully match your value, this offer may be for you.

Salary: €2,200–3,000 in hand per month.
The final offer will depend on experience, independence and ability to take on responsibilities. We want to pay a strong person more than the market average, because it is important for us not to "close the position cheaply", but to find someone who will really facilitate the company's work.
What will you do?
Your responsibilities will be clear and practical:
You will manage daily administrative issues, documents, invoices, contracts and internal information.
You will coordinate meetings, reminders, suppliers, orders and other organizational work.
You will help the owner and the team with daily processes: from simple office questions to more important organizational tasks.
You will make sure that information does not get lost: what needs to be done, who it is transferred to, when to remind, what to sort out.
You will be a person who sees where order is lacking and suggests how to make it simpler.
What do we expect from you?
We expect that you have experience in administration, office coordination, documents, customer service, personnel or a similar field.
The most important thing for us is not a diploma, but the following qualities:
responsibility and ability to complete work to the end;
very good Lithuanian in writing and orally;
neatness in documents, files, e-mails and tasks;
ability to communicate calmly, clearly and professionally;
independence — no need to remind five times;
discretion, because you will work with company information;
normal human approach to work, team and clients.
English or Russian would be an advantage, but not the main criterion.
