Nature of work

We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive office administrator who would ensure smooth daily office work, administer documents, coordinate internal processes and provide assistance to management and employees.

Main responsibilities

Document administration:
  • prepare, register, manage and archive company documents;
  • administer contracts, orders, letters and other documentation;
  • communicate with clients regarding the preparation and signing of contracts;
  • fill in and administer databases and registers;
  • manage powers of attorney and related documentation.

Communication:
  • answer telephone calls and e-mails;
  • receive and direct visitors and colleagues;
  • communicate with clients, partners, suppliers and other institutions.

Office organization:
  • ensure smooth organization of office activities;
  • order office goods, tools and necessary services;
  • maintain office order and working environment;
  • coordinate postal and courier shipments;
  • administer general office inventory;
  • organize employee greetings on birthdays and other occasions.

Coordination of meetings and events:
  • manage the managers' and general company calendar;
  • organize meetings, reserve rooms;
  • contribute to the organization of company events.

Financial and administrative work:
  • assist accounting in administering accounts and documents;
  • cooperate with the finance and accounting department;
  • administer fuel cards, monitor fuel balances and limits.

Management support:
  • organize business trips, hotel and travel reservations;
  • carry out administrative and organizational assignments of managers.

Other functions:
  • ensure the protection of confidential information;
  • carry out other administrative and organizational work as needed.

Engineer - has been installing electrical networks in buildings, industry and infrastructure projects for thirty years. We carry out both the design and installation of conventional electrification and quite complex automation, process control, current filtering systems.

We are a modern management company, among other things, five years ago the first in Lithuania to shorten the working day to 6 working hours. You will lead teams of installers, communicate with customers, plan and organize work. Most of the work documentation will be handled by your colleague - the project manager, while your main responsibility is the high-quality, economical and timely performance of work.
