Nature of work:
- Management of all administrative processes, assistance to colleagues and managers in ensuring smooth daily office activities;
- Administration of the joint venture's e-mail box, telephone and distribution of incoming information;
- Organization of business trips for colleagues (booking flights, accommodation and other travel services);
- Ensuring smooth office work, office maintenance and creating a positive work environment.
- Assistance to the HR manager in personnel management issues.
Employee requirements:
- Administrative work experience of at least 1 year;
- Ability to independently plan work, prioritize tasks and ensure smooth coordination of administrative processes;
- Experience working with a document management system would be an advantage;
- Good command of English and Russian;
- Diligence, initiative, flexibility.
Experience in the field of personnel – we will consider it an advantage.
