Nature of work
- Incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, general telephone and e-mail administration;
- Office maintenance and organization of daily office activities, coordination of building administration, car leasing and communication services and access cards;
- Organization of company events, training and business trips and preparation of related documents;
- Administration of DVS and MS and preparation and administration of company and personnel management documents;
- Administration of consumer complaints.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an administrator;
- Higher education;
- Excellent skills in working with MS Office, experience in working with the BSS system (advantage);
- Excellent English language skills (B2 level);
- Communicative skills, initiative and a positive attitude to work;
- Knowledge of smooth communication and clerical rules;
- Occupational safety and health specialist certificate (advantage).
