What are you going to do?
- Ensuring smooth office maintenance.
- Administration of internal and external documents of the company.
- Systematization of inquiries (calls, e-mails, mail, shipments).
- Organization of company events and initiatives.
- Organization of business trips.
- Creation and updating of records on the company's internal intranet.
- Assistance in preparing and administering personnel documents.
- Creation and maintenance of a warm atmosphere in the office.
- Other administrative and organizational tasks.
What do we expect from you?
- Have strong document administration and management skills.
- Are very organized, meticulous and responsible.
- Able to independently plan and organize an event from A to Z.
- Are not afraid of initiative and plan your own work.
- Easily communicate with people and know how to negotiate.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at the same time.
- Proficient in basic MS programs.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
