Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Organizes office activities: ensures daily office infrastructure activities, ordering of goods (stationery, kitchen supplies, coffee, milk, etc.) and inventory management, proactively monitors balances and ensures timely ordering of goods.
  • Document management: administers company correspondence (receiving/sending parcels), archives documents and prepares letters, orders or presentations necessary for the manager's work.
  • Organizes employee business trips: plans and carries out logistics of employee business trips (airline tickets, hotels, etc.).
  • Work environment maintenance: ensures and fosters order, aesthetic appearance and technical functionality of office premises. Cooperates with facilities management services.
  • Administrative support to departments: provides operational assistance to personnel, finance and other departments (data entry into systems, preparation of reports, information search).
  • Employee Consulting: is the first point of contact for employees regarding general office work issues.
  • Organizes company events and celebrations.

Employee requirements

  • Higher education (higher education in administration, management or humanities is an advantage).
  • At least one year of similar work experience.
  • Planning skills: ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Personal qualities: responsibility, initiative, solution-oriented, excellent communication and confidentiality skills, ability to work independently.
  • Computer literacy: skills in working with MS Office programs.
  • Clerical skills: knowledge of document preparation rules
  • Languages: excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (oral and written).
