🌲What will you do in the team?
- Administer internal documents (catalogs, registers, files) in the document management system, create a documentation plan;
- Provide consultations and training to colleagues on the use of the document management system;
- Prepare and formalize simple documents, organize their coordination with responsible employees;
- Receive and send correspondence, control the timely submission of responses to state institutions;
- Administer and maintain the archive, client / patient consents;
- Organize translations of official documents;
- Administer shipment logistics, stationery orders, ensure smooth office operations and premises order.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education;
- Work experience in the fields of document preparation, management, administration or archive management;
- Very good computer literacy, ability to work with a document management system;
- Good skills in working with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Excellent command of the state language;
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language (advantage);
- Experience in document preparation (writing) and other information (e-mails, calls, correspondence) management and knowledge of data protection requirements;
- Experience in archive management (advantage);
- Personal qualities: analytical thinking, ability to independently plan and organize one's work, responsibility, honesty, initiative and ability to protect confidential information, good communication skills, customer orientation and ability to work independently and in a team.
