BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • administration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, e-mail flow management;
  • office maintenance, maintaining order;
  • providing the office with stationery and other necessities;
  • preparation, checking, registering, archiving of various letters and other documentation;
  • pleasant and professional reception and direction of company guests;
  • organization of holidays and other events;
  • performance of other administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office work.

WE HOPE YOU:

  • you have a higher education (in the field of administration - an advantage);
  • you have 2 years of successful experience in the field of office administration;
  • you have time planning and organizational skills, you are a sociable person;
  • you are able to respond quickly, you are a helpful, positive person;
  • you have very good computer literacy skills;
  • you know English.
