Today, we invite a motivated and responsible Office Administrator to join the Artea Bank Group team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- Our office will become your second home, so you will have to take responsible care of it;
- You will manage correspondence, prepare internal documents and maintain administrative documentation;
- You will create a good experience for our employees and our guests in the office – you will communicate with many interesting people;
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers, which helps to ensure that nothing is missing in the office;
- Contribute to the organization of internal events and initiatives and create a good atmosphere in the team.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Graduated studies (can be a final year student);
- Ability to plan time and have organizational skills;
- Knowledge of clerical rules;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Initiative, ability to communicate and clearly present thoughts;
- Attentiveness, diligence, positive thinking and ability to cooperate and work in a team.
